Do you want to enjoy Mexican tastes at home? We recommend trying tortillas with fish fillet pieces. VIČI ESVA fish fillet, fresh vegetables and a delicious sauce - a great combination that will not disappoint those who love Mexican flavours.

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. whole wheat tortilla
  • ESVA fish fillet portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • Bell pepper
  • Salad leaves
  • Sprouts of choice
  • Natural yogurt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens and herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

- Heat the oven too 200°C, spread baking sheet on the pan and place the fish fillet and bake for 20 minutes.

While the fish is baking, slice tomatoes and bell pepper into thin slices.

Cook the eggs – mix them with milk, wish very well and pour the mass into pan.

Mix natural yogurt, mayonnaise and greens with herbs to make the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When everything is ready, time to assemble – place the tortilla on a plate, spread the sauce, put salads and half of omelette, tomato slices and bell pepper. Add sliced fish portions and sprouts. Add some more sauce, if you want.

Fold the tortilla. If you want it to hold better wrap it with baking paper and add small string to it.
