Ingredients

  • ESVA portions
  • Tomato
  • Salad leaves
  • Burger buns
  • Cheese slices
  • White Wine or Red Wine Vinegar
  • Curry
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees.

Place fish fillet portions on baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.

While fish is cooking, slice tomatoes and prepare the sauce. Mix Mayonnaise with a little bit of vinegar, curry, salt and pepper. Put small amount of ingredients at first, to get the best taste.

After 20 minutes take the fish out.

Heat the buns in the oven until warm and crispy.

On a piece of fillet portion place a slice of cheese and bake in the oven, until the cheese has melted.

Put the buns on a plate, spread some sauce on it, top it with salad, fish portion with melted cheese and slices of tomato. Spread some sauce on the other bun and cover it.
