Salmon with vegetables

VIČI smoked salmon fillet with frozen vegetables and a dash of cream – an excellent choice for a healthy lunch or dinner. This meal of bright colours and exquisite flavour will be ready in just ten minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200 g stir-fry vegetables with herbs and paprika (Hortex)
  • 100 g broccoli (Hortex)
  • 100 g smoked salmon fillet
  • 10-15 ml cream
  • Butter and oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter in a heated up pan, add the frozen vegetables and fry for 5-7 min.

Dice the salmon and add it to the vegetables.

Pour the cream in, add salt and pepper, and braise for 2-3 min.
