Potatoes toasts with salmon and herring

An easy-to-make but really unconventional snack - potatoes with herring and salmon. Traditional herring with Himalayan salt or a combination of salmon, honey fungi, capers and dill and potatoes will surprise even the biggest gourmet.

Ingredients

  • 200 g VIČI traditional herring with Himalaya salt
  • 100 g VIČI Smoked salmon and sliced with Himalaya salt
  • 2 middle size potatoes
  • 2 middle size sweet potatoes
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • Capers
  • Marinated mushrooms
  • Dills

Preparation

Cut potatoes in 1 cm, mix with oil, salt and pepper. Bake potatoes in 210 C oven, for 15 min each side.

After that, put on some cream cheese and pepper on both regular and sweet potatoes.

On regular potatoes put herring, capers and dills.

On sweet potatoes – salmon, mushrooms and dills.
