Herring tartar

An impressive herring tartar in just a few minutes with just five ingredients - this mission is possible. VIČI traditional herring fillet, onions, capers, white wine vinegar and pomegranate seeds perfectly combine in one delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 200g VIČI Traditional herring fillet in oil
  • 50g chopped red onions
  • 50g chopped capers
  • 50g white wine vinegar
  • Pomegranate seeds and Lamb‘s lettuce for decoration

Preparation

Slice herring fillet into small cubes. Mix sliced herring with other ingredients for tartar.

Put a handful of Lamb’s lettuce on a plate, pace tartar in a plate (to create nice shape, put it in a metal form or a small bowl, press a little after you take it out).

Decorate with pomegranate seeds and few leaves of Lamb’s lettuce and serve.
