Stewed shrimp is an extremely delicious seafood dish for which it takes only ten minutes to make. Tasty shrimps, seasoned with butter, tomatoes, olives, white wine and herbs - this combination is worth the highest awards.
Ingredients
16 cleaned shrimps
4 tomatoes (peeled)
50 g of butter
½ tsp of ground chilli pepper
50 g of pitted olives
20 ml of white wine
3 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
Preparation

Place 25 grams of butter into a hot pan. When the butter melts, put the shrimps in and simmer for a few minutes.

Put the sliced tomatoes, chopped chili pepper, olives and fry for a few more minutes.

Pour the white wine; put the remaining 25 grams of butter, garlic and parsley and stew for another 2 minutes.
