Steamed Atlantic cod is an excellent choice for those who promote healthy lifestyle but do enjoy a good meal. A cod meal with grated ginger, green paprika, celery stalks and curry will offer a sensational flavour.

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs. VIČI Atlantic cod fillet
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 green paprika
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 pcs. grated ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp curry
  • Salt

Preparation

Sprinkle the Atlantic cod with lemon pepper, salt and add a pinch of ginger, then toss with lemon juice.

Cook in a steamer for 10 min.

Fry the green paprika and celery in a wok pan, add curry, some lemon juice and cream.

Place the stewed vegetables on a warm platter and top them with fish ready to serve.
