Pasta with shrimps and pesto

Quick dishes should not necessarily be pre-cooked, processed, they can be cooked in minutes. This is also the case with this pasta with shrimp - the preparation takes only so much time as the cooking of pasta. In my opinion, great food for moments when there is no time for cooking.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of frozen VIČI tiger shrimp
  • 200 g of tagliatelle pasta
  •  ~ 60 ml of pesto
  • 1/3 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 ml shreded hard cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil for baking

Preparation

Boil the pasta, according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat olive oil and cook the shrimps. Add garlic granules and dried basil. Stir well.

After 3-4 minutes take the shrimps form the heat.

Once the pasta is boiled, add pesto, shrimps and cherry tomatoes sliced in half.

Serve in a plate, sprinkle with hard cheese.
