The chicken and surimi pie is a perfect alternative for those wishing to diversify their daily menu with a filling and delicious meal. This pie is flavoured with curry, basil and dill, and can be served both on holiday or everyday occasions.

Ingredients

  • 300 g VIČI snow crab sticks
  • 1 pack frozen yeast dough
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion
  • Spices (salt, curry, basil, pepper and dried parsley)
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh dill

Preparation

Defrost the dough and line the bottom and edges of a baking tray with it.

Prepare the chicken thighs: remove the skin, cut in small pieces and fry in a pan with finely chopped onion.

Add a pinch of salt, curry, basil and parsley.

Mix the corn, diced VIČI snow crab sticks and fried chicken, and spread over the baking tray lined with dough.

Pour the beaten eggs in and cover with a layer of frozen dough.

Bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 20 min until golden brown.

Serve with sauce – sour cream mixed with finely chopped dill.
