Cauliflower pancakes with smoked salmon

When you feel inspiration and wish to try something unconventional, we recommend trying cauliflower pancakes with smoked salmon. Non-traditional. But good taste guaranteed.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size cauliflower
  • Cold smoked salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • Dill
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for baking

Preparation

Cut cauliflower and cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.

Drain and mash the cauliflower while it is still warm.

Add eggs, dill, garlic, flour and pepper to mushed cauliflower.

Mix all components together very well.

Fry pancakes on both sides, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve with slices of sliced salmon and sour cream or skimmed yogurt.
